Introduction

By participating in the Liberator $500 Monthly Shopping Spree Giveaway, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Oneup Innovations, Inc. (also known as the Promoter). This contest is for new email subscribers only.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Oneup Innovations, Inc. employees and associates are excluded from the draw. 

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

There is a limit of one entry per person, you are eligible for all of the upcoming monthly drawings, and the competition is completely free to enter. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No purchase is required to enter. 

The start date for entry will be at 12:01 AM on April 1, 2024. Before this date, no entries will be accepted. 

The closing date for entry will be at 11:59 PM on December 31, 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The Prize

The prize is as follows:

The winner can only win once. 

The winner must spend the $500 in one transaction. 

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.

The use of specific brands as prizes by Oneup Innovations, Inc. does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. 

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. 

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Oneup Innovations, Inc.'s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen randomly from all entries received and verified by the Promoter. 

The winner will be notified by email and will only be contacted by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Oneup Innovations, Inc. will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested to enable fulfillment of the Prize.​

Delivery of the Prize

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be delivered.

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered. Otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Oneup Innovations, Inc. for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. This includes being able to use and repost your content.

The winner's first name and country of residence may be announced on Oneup Innovations, Inc.'s website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Oneup Innovations, Inc. accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition, or any Prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

General

Oneup Innovations, Inc. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
