Liberator guarantees all of its namesake, manufactured products with a Lifetime Warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, like broken zippers, torn seams, broken hardware, and damaged foam. It does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, stains, or fading.

When you call:

• Provide the Customer Service Representative with your name, order number, or e-mail address in order for them to retrieve your order information.
• Describe the issue you are having with the product.
• If approved, the CSR will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
• Ship your return in the original packaging with all accessories and components.
