What are my shipping options?

Shipping and Handling
Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days (for in-stock items). Any backordered items will NOT be charged to your credit card until shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable.

2-Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with 2-Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) before 2:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization, verification and inventory availability. Please call prior to placing an order to confirm availability. Orders placed with 2-Day delivery Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days, pending credit card authorization, verification and inventory availability. Please call prior to placing an order to confirm availability. Express delivery to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Next Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization, verification and inventory availability. Please call prior to placing an order to confirm availability. Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization, verification and inventory availability. Please call prior to placing an order to confirm availability.

Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Tracking Your Package
An E-Mail Shipping Notification will be sent within 1-3 business days. Please retain this e-mail for your records. You may check the status of your package using the tracking number provided in your notification. Be advised, it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the website as some items are shipped from multiple warehouses. Please allow the appropriate number of shipping days for your order to arrive based on the method that you chose.  Please note, most orders are shipped via UPS, but some small orders may go through USPS.  Tracking numbers beginning with "94..." are for USPS, while tracking numbers beginning with "1Z" are for UPS.

APO/FPO and P.O. Box Addresses
All packages will be sent via United States Postal Service Parcel Post. Orders will usually arrive within 60 business days. Some APO/FPO addresses may take longer. We do not have tracking capability on these shipments. Shipping costs are not refundable. Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping promotions do not apply to P.O. Boxes. In many cases, it may be cheaper to ship your order to your home addresses, as UPS is far less expensive when shipping large boxes.

Canadian Orders
Canadian orders will incur a $30 surcharge that will be including into your shipping and handling quote to cover all duties, taxes and brokerage fees. This is in addition to the shipping cost. LIBERATOR is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left the United States. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return shipping charges that may be incurred by LIBERATOR. When LIBERATOR receives the returned merchandise, your card account will be credited for the merchandise less all shipping charges. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages being held by customs for reasons beyond our control. Rerouting a package in transit or making an address correction
A reroute is a request to change a delivery address from what was originally on the order and/or shipping label. A reroute includes a change from one street address to another in the same city/state. Only Liberator can authorize & reroute a shipment if the customer requests it. Only one reroute per package is allowed. If you wish to re-route a shipment, please email customer service your First Name, Last Name, Order Number, and Billing Zip Code. You must also include your correct BILL TO ADDRESS and the correct SHIP TO ADDRESS. We cannot guarantee the change. Your order may have already been processed by the time we receive your request. A $10 fee will be charged to change the address once the shipment is in transit. Additional restriction may apply.

Orders Undeliverable
Should your order be returned to us undeliverable, unclaimed or refused without prior approval you have two options:

  • We can re-ship the order to you for an additional charge for the shipping and handling
  • You can cancel your order and we will credit your credit card minus the shipping and handling charges and either a 10% re-stocking fee, or a $15 return to sender fee, whichever is higher.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 and to customers in the contiguous 48 United States. Orders to Post Office Boxes do not qualify for free shipping. If you select a Free Shipping method, your order will be sent via USPS or UPS Ground based on our discretion. If you would like guaranteed UPS Ground, please select this option instead and we will guarantee your order will ship via UPS Ground.

Do you ship on Saturday?

No. Ground and 2Day orders ship Monday through Friday. Standard Overnight deliveries can be upgraded to Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery for an additional $15 if you order on Friday by 2pm EST (on phone orders only).

Shipping within the contiguous U.S.

Keep in mind:

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing
  • We cannot guarantee Overnight orders placed after 2pm EST for next day delivery
  • Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • USPS deliveries (to APO/FPO addresses only) occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are shipped via UPS. Please note that Standard Overnight delivery may not be an option for Hawaiian or Alaskan addresses. Does Liberator ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! Send a Liberator to a Liberator! All shapes ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to APO and FPO address. Expect 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Please note, 2Day and Standard Overnight delivery options are not available for APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping to Canada

All orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard Canada or UPS World Saver (NU, NT, and YT only). The amount you are charged for shipping INCLUDES all brokerage and customs fees and Canadian taxes. Canadian customers will not pay any additional fees upon arrival. Please note that 2Day and Standard Overnight delivery are not options for Canadian addresses because of Customs clearance.

Orders to Canada will arrive in 7 to 14 business days for in stock items. Any backordered items will NOT be charged to your credit card until shipped.

What are shipping rates on international orders?

Customers in Europe can order directly from www.theliberator.co.uk. Liberator.com currently offers shipping to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Because shipping rates vary so widely from country to country, you must contact our Customer Service Department at 770-246-6400 or by e-mail at service@liberator.com for a shipping quote to countries not listed on our websites. To learn more about international orders, please click here.

In addition, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination. You will be responsible for any additional charges for Customs clearance. Because we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we suggest that you contact your local Customs office for a duty and tax estimate.

NOTE: When ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of your country of residence.

How do I track my order?

Easy. To check the status of your order, click the tracking link provided in your confirmation e-mail or contact customer service (with your order number handy). Please note, all orders sent via UPS will have tracking numbers that begin with 1Z. All orders sent via USPS will have tracking numbers that begin with 9.

What if my package doesn't arrive when it's supposed to?

Sometimes a package is not delivered because of weather delays or acts of nature. We cannot refund shipping for these reasons. Additionally, if we are given an inaccurate address or there is an address correction, delivery may be delayed.

If your order appears late, remember:

  • Please allow 1-3 days for order processing
  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing
  • Standard Overnight orders placed after 2pm EST are processed the following day
  • Saturday is not a normal delivery day for UPS unless Saturday Delivery has been added
  • Orders to Canada and international orders are subject to Customs clearance

What if no one's home when the package comes?

Don't worry! In the event that you are not at home, the package may be left at your residence or office. Any packages that are lost due to it being left at your address may be your responsibility. Sometimes, however, the package will not be left if the driver deems that the package could be in jeopardy if left at that specific address. If you would like to sign for your package, please specify "Signature Required" when you order.

Packages refused or returned to sender

In the event a package is refused or returned to sender, the customer will be charged 10% of the shipped order total or a $15 stocking fee, whichever is greater.

What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

In most cases we are able to ship within one day; however, occasionally we are out of certain items. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll e-mail or call you with a backorder notification and tell when you can expect to receive the item. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation.

How is my privacy protected?

Confidentiality is a top priority here at Liberator Headquarters. We believe your fun is your business, so every order that leaves our warehouse is shipped discreetly, in a plain, unmarked box. No evidence for the nosy neighbors to see. Furthermore, when you use a credit card to purchase, the vendor shows up as "OneUp Innovations" or "OneUp Innov" on your credit card statement.
