- Dear Customer,
Thank you for the question. The main difference is the diameter of the ball. 1 1/8" Diameter for the mini, and 1 3/8" Diameter for the original Luna Beads. Also would recommend the Regualr Luna for a woman who has had children, and the Mini for a woman who hasn't. (a good general rule-but not for every case).
