We began with a high caliber, high-density , polyurethane foam core (what we call the Champagne Foam), which spent months being designed, engineered and tested to meet Liberator standards. (Yes, testing was the most fun part of the process.) The result is a perfect balance of firm support (two moving bodies need plenty of that) and plush cushioning.

We encase the core in a smooth inner liner, which is made of a silky, water-resistant polyester fabric. Aside from being a great place for slipping, sliding sex, the liner also serves to compress the foam and make replacing the outer cover even easier.

For the Wedge and Ramp it's a Microfiber combination of nylon and cotton, it feels like the softest velvet, yet it's much hardier than velvet and can be unzipped and tossed into your washing machine. Another amazing benefit of this patent-pending fabric is that it grips like velcro. That means you can stack and stick your shapes together, and the fabric will not slip and slide during use. SIZES

Since our bodies come in different sizes, so does Liberator. Keep in mind that you can adjust the height and angle of the Ramp and Wedge by flipping them over.

Sizing guidelines:

WIDTH: For most people our 24" wide Liberator is just right. It's what most of you should order. For plus size lovers, our 30" wide Liberator offers a few more inches in width and extra support for your lovemaking. However, our 30" products are not ideal for straddling.

HEIGHT: The Ramp comes in 10 and 12 inch heights to help you make a better connection with your lover. Total height is not nearly as important as your inseam, so grab a tape measure and note the distance from your groin to your heel. You might be basketball-player tall, but have a really long torso or vice versa.

If your inseam is 28-30 inches or under, consider the 10" Ramp.
If your inseam is 31 inches or greater, consider the 12" Ramp.

It's about the width, not the weight. While you might consider yourself a plus-sized lover, you may want to take out the measuring tape and make sure. Our Ramp and Wedge come in two widths, 24 and 30 inches, and if your bum fits on the 24-inch-even if it's a really close call-we think you're 24" material.

USAGE

Liberator comes complete with a dual cover system. The liner and cover are both stain-resistant to water-based lotions and lubricants, so get down and dirty if you like. If you're playing with sensual foods, Jell-O or whipped cream, our velvety Microfiber cover is the perfect playground because it's machine washable (and it gets softer with each washing).

If you have room for a suitcase, you have room for Liberator. Depending on the height of your bed, the Wedge, Ramp and Stage will stow conveniently under your bed for quick and spontaneous access.

When standing upright, the Stage and Ramp store easily in the closet and occupy less floor space than an average suitcase. They also make wonderful props for lounging, reading or watching TV. And if you own the Esse, you won't have to worry about storage because it doubles as a contemporary, ultra-chic chaise lounge when it's not in use.

All Liberator covers are stain-resistant and easy-as-pie to clean. The sensuous Microfiber cover zips right off and washes up like a pair of jeans (in cold water). The inner, water-resistant nylon liner can be wiped down with a damp cloth or sponge. When not in use, you can keep your gear from collecting dust by storing it in an optional nylon gear bag. PRODUCT SET-UP

We have made it super easy to set up your Liberator. Peel back the roll compressed film and your Liberator will expand to its original size after you peel back the compression film. Please allow up to 48 hours for the foam to recover full firmness. Do not use scissors as you might damage the foam.


Using roll compression technology, we reduced our shipping size and dependence on paper materials by removing 90% of the air from our shapes without compromising the integrity of the product.


Step 1:Unroll the foam by finding the end of the film. Do NOT use scissors. Remove all plastic by hand.

Step 2:Dispose of all plastic.

Step 3:Carefully slide the cover (folded separately) over your shape or furniture, making sure it's aligned up properly with the curvature or angles of the product. Zip the cover closed and enjoy!

When you make a purchase from Liberator, you provide us with personal information such as your name, address, phone number, credit card information, email address, and an order. We keep a record of this information which is covered by our privacy policy and is held in the strictest of confidence. All information submitted via our website is secure and private. From the time you visit our site until the package arrives at your door, and even afterwards, your entire transaction will be completed discretely and privately. Your Name and Billing Address

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Yes! Liberator comes in discreet packaging. All orders arrive in plain brown boxes, so no one will know what’s inside. Especially not nosy neighbors, your kids, relatives, or your delivery driver. The contents are safely concealed.


Please note all APO orders require Customs Documentation, which list the contents of the packages. This list will be visible on the outside of the boxes. The descriptions of the contents must be accurate to ensure deliverability. While the descriptions we use are generic, they will be visible.

No, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you would like to request a signature required shipment, please contact Customer Service.

We offer free ground shipping over $75 to the contiguous 48 US States. Customers who choose free shipping will receive their order via FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground Economy, or USPS Parcel Select. We also offer FedEx Home Delivery, 3 day, 2 day, and next day shipping options to all US customers. USPS Priority Mail is available to certain locations such as APOs, PO Boxes, and Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP) and USPS Priority Mail is available to all international customers. FICP includes all duties and taxes prepaid. USPS does not.

If you have multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

An E-Mail Shipping Notification containing your tracking number will be sent after your order ships. Retain this e-mail for your records. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in the email notification or by copying and pasting the tracking number into a Google search. Be advised that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the website as some items are shipped from multiple warehouses.


Please allow the appropriate number of shipping days for your order to arrive based on the method that was utilized. Note: Most orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS.

Yes, you can ship to APO/FPO/PO boxes. All APO/FPO/PO box packages will be sent via the United States Postal Service Parcel Post. Orders will usually arrive within 60 business days. Some APO/FPO addresses may take longer. We do not have tracking capability on these shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping promotions do not apply to P.O. Boxes. In many cases, it may be cheaper to ship your order to your home addresses, as FedEx is far less expensive when shipping large boxes.

You can reroute your order by making a request to Customer Service to change a delivery address from what was originally on the order and/or obtain a new shipping label. Please note, our ability to fulfill a reroute request is dependent on the shipping method and the timing of the request. Some items already en route cannot be rerouted. Only Liberator can authorize & reroute a shipment if the customer requests it. Only one reroute per package is allowed. If you wish to reroute a shipment, please email customer service your First Name, Last Name, Order Number, and Billing Zip Code. You must also include your correct bill to address and the correct ship to address. Some reroute requests may be denied at Customer Service's discretion if they suspect a fraudulent order.


We cannot guarantee the change. Your order may have already been processed by the time we receive your request. A $10 fee will be charged to change the address once the shipment is in transit. Additional restrictions may apply.

Should your order be returned to us undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused without prior approval you have two options:


1. We can re-ship the order to you for an additional charge for the shipping and handling

2. You can cancel your order and we will credit your credit card minus the shipping and handling charges and either a 10% re-stocking fee or a $15 return to sender fee, whichever is higher.

Yes, we do ship internationally; however, your country, territory, or province might be excluded if there are extensive associated fees and limitations. In such cases, we refer you to our International Sellers page, where you can probably find the item you're looking for sold closer to your area – making shipping less expensive and the purchase faster.

We make returns easy. Follow the steps in “How do I start a return/exchange?” below. We are totally committed to your positive shopping experience and thorough enjoyment of Liberator!


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please refer to the policy below. For International orders (excluding Canada and Puerto Rico) please refer to the Return/Exchange Policy below for International Orders as additional restrictions apply.

You can make an exchange by following the same steps as the returns. Refer to the Return/Exchange Policy below for details.

1. Items may be returned within 30 days of your order shipment. Unopened items may be exchanged within 30 days and we will cover all shipping and handling (max 1 exchange, contiguous U.S. 48 states only). Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.


2. All returns of any unwanted product(s) ARE subject to a thorough QC inspection to ensure that it is unused and in resalable condition (we cannot accept a sexual product that has been used or opened in any fashion). Please keep in mind we look for things such as a smoke smell, pet hair, food debris, or signs that products have been washed to determine whether items are resalable.


3. Defective products can be returned for exchange. Defects will be verified prior to exchanging for a functional replacement of the returned product. If the product is proven to be fully functional, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.


4. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.


5. All Liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath, and body products) and personal pleasure objects (anything in the "Sex Toys" category) are NOT eligible for return.


6. For all orders, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.


7. When exchanging or returning an uncompressed item, the customer is responsible for the box, shipping, and handling. Customers who return the full unit are eligible for a full refund. Customers who are unable to return the full unit (foam, cover, and liner) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


8. Don’t worry about wasting a defective product – we upcycle the foam into other products like bean bags!


9. Warranty: Liberator guarantees all of its namesake, manufactured products with a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, like broken zippers, torn seams, broken hardware, and damaged foam. It does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, stains, or fading.

SEZZLE - PAY IN INSTALLMENTS

Sezzle is a payment solution that enables you to "Shop Now and Pay Later" with simple interest-free installment plans. Sezzle breaks down purchases into four smaller payments spread over six weeks. 25% is due at the time of the transaction, with the remaining 75% due across three easy payments scheduled every two weeks.
When you complete a purchase with Sezzle, we ship your product immediately. You get to enjoy the item before you finish paying for it! Sezzle automates the repayments from your bank account on file.

To use Sezzle, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older (19 years or older in Alabama or if you're a ward of the state in Nebraska)
  • Have a valid U.S. mobile number and email address
  • Have an active U.S. bank account

Sezzle's extended payment product does not qualify as a credit product per Reg Z, which means there is no "hard credit" check typically associated with credit products.

No catch. Sezzle is completely interest-free for shoppers. We pay Sezzle a fee for each transaction so that we can help you Shop Now and Pay Later. The only fees you could potentially incur are failed payment fees and late payment fees. If your scheduled payment fails to process, you will be charged a $10 failed payment fee. Sezzle does their best to prevent this from happening by sending email and text reminders. Rescheduled payments will incur a $5 late payment fee.

Sezzle's extended payment option does not qualify as a credit product per Reg Z, however, they still pull your credit score as part of their risk check. Don't worry, this check won't have a negative impact, because Sezzle is not a credit product per Reg Z. This is considered a "soft check" of credit. Sezzle uses your credit information to help approve you, verify your identity and reduce fraud.

Sezzle currently doesn't report to credit bureaus.

It's fast and easy. Simply select Sezzle as your payment method during checkout. You'll be asked to provide some basic information about yourself. Sezzle will secure the checkout using a one-time password that is sent via SMS text to the mobile number you provide. You will then be asked to login to your bank as the final step in their checkout. The entire process should take under 2 minutes for first-time Sezzle users. Secure checkout takes just a few seconds to complete for existing Sezzle users.

While Sezzle strives to offer all applicants an installment plan, they're not able to approve every application. If Sezzle isn't able to approve your application, they will immediately notify you of their decision. When determining which orders to approve, Sezzle considers a number of different factors. For example, the longer you have been a shopper with Sezzle, and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more. Here are some things to consider:

  • Do you have sufficient funds available? Generally, Sezzle looks to see that you have 25% of the order available to spend.
  • The amount you have to repay on previous orders - it may help to pay some off (not a guarantee).
  • The value of the order you are trying to place - it may help to reduce the value of your shopping cart (not a guarantee).

Security is critically important. Sezzle undergoes quarterly scans and yearly audits for the highest level of compliance in the Payment Card Industry (PCI) to ensure that your data is safely stored in their systems. Sezzle is currently being certified to the top level of compliance - PCI Level 1.

If you believe your order should have already arrived, you will need to contact customer service directly via phone or email. Sezzle does not handle shipping or order fulfillment, nor do they have any role in the delivery process. Additionally, Sezzle is not able to adjust or change the order once it has been completed. All changes must be handled through customer service. Contact information should be included in your emailed Sezzle purchase receipt, or you can visit our website to find other communication options. We recommend that you allow 24 to 48 hours for us to respond to your inquiry.

Contact customer service directly. Sezzle does give you the option to dispute the purchase via your Sezzle customer dashboard, however, this dispute is reserved for cases where the merchant has failed to ship your product or you suspect a case of merchant fraud. Sezzle treats disputes seriously and will ask us to provide evidence of shipment to verify that the product has shipped. If we do refund all or a portion of your purchase, we will notify Sezzle and return the necessary funds to you or reduce future installment payments. Please allow 24-to-48 hours for customer service to reply to your communications.

Before Sezzle can make updates to your installment schedule, we have to notify them that the refund has been accepted. Sezzle works closely with us to ensure that this happens as quickly as possible. All payments made to Sezzle will be refunded to you as soon as we notify them of the return. To determine the status of your return, please contact customer service directly. Contact information can be found on our website or on your Sezzle purchase receipt email. Once the refund is processed and we notify Sezzle, the changes to your installment plan are automatically applied, including any refunds due to you.

Sezzle has no impact or influence on the return or refund decision. All partial refunds are applied to the installments furthest in the future, first. If the refunded amount is greater than the amount of the purchase that is outstanding, Sezzle will apply a refund to the method used to pay the installments. If the refund amount is less than the amount outstanding Sezzle will remove or reduce your future installments. For example, let's say you make a $200 Sezzle purchase (ie 4 installments of $50). You have three (3) installments remaining, and you received a $70 refund. Sezzle will remove your 4th installment and reduce your 3rd installment by $20 (now $30). Your new installment schedule would be a future $50 installment and a subsequent $30 installment, which would lead to a total payment amount of $130, matching your purchase minus the partial refund.

Sezzle does its best to return your funds to you in a timely manner and in many cases your money will be returned to your account in 1-3 business days. However, depending on your payment method and other factors it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account. If you are concerned, send an email to shoppersupport@sezzle.com and they will check on the status of your refund.

Yes! Sezzle encourages shoppers to pay off their accounts early, if possible. If you'd like to pay off your purchase early, you can do so in your Sezzle customer dashboard.

Your first 25% installment begins on the purchase date. This will be clearly communicated at the time of your purchase. Subsequent payments will occur every two (2) weeks, and your repayment is complete after six (6) weeks.

If one of your automatic payments fails to complete, Sezzle will apply a $10 failure fee to the payment. The payment will be automatically retried later. Sezzle will remind you before the payment is due with text and email alerts, and will allow you to reschedule your payment. Please ensure that you reschedule your payment at least a day prior to the due date. The ability to reschedule your payment on the due date cannot be guaranteed due to variable processing times. Yes. In their reminder email Sezzle will allow you to reschedule payments. Rescheduling a payment will incur a $5 reschedule fee. Rescheduling a payment is limited to a date within the next 13 days. In order to guarantee your ability to reschedule your payment, you must reschedule your payment on the day prior to the payment date.

If you don't pay, you'll receive reminders from Sezzle, and you will be charged a late fee of $10. They encourage you to make your payments on time because missed payments can have a negative impact on your limits with Sezzle and your ability to use Sezzle in the future.

AMAZON PAY

Amazon Pay is a service that lets you use the payment methods already associated with your Amazon account to make payments for goods, services, and donations on third-party websites, and in apps. To make a payment, you can use any of the payment methods on file in your Amazon account. Beyond the button, shoppers can manage their payments using Amazon Pay on Amazon.com.

If you already have an account with Amazon, you only have to accept Amazon's Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice when signing in on a non-Amazon site that accepts Amazon Pay. There is no separate registration process.

If there are ever unauthorized Amazon Pay charges in your personal account, you can dispute the charge with us. You must notify us as quickly as possible and no later than 13 months after the date of the transaction. We don't share your full credit card, debit card, or bank account number with merchants or charitable organizations who accept Amazon Pay. We share with the merchant the payment information that is required to complete and support your transaction, which may include the last four digits of your card number and the card type.

It costs you nothing. Using Amazon Pay adds no fees to your transaction with the merchant. Your purchase incurs no transaction fee, no membership fee, no currency conversion fee, no foreign transaction fee, and no other fees. Your card issuer, however, may add a foreign transaction fee if your card was issued in a country different from the merchant's, as well as any other fees described in the terms and conditions for your card.

You will receive an email confirmation for each purchase and donation. You can review a history of all your donations and other Amazon Pay transactions at pay.amazon.com. Charitable organizations that you donate to will also provide email receipts for your donations.

The charitable organization that you donated to is responsible for giving you the proper tax document. If you haven't received a receipt that is valid for your income tax reporting purposes, contact them directly.

No, only purchases made directly on the Amazon.com website may ship to an Amazon Locker. Please don't add the address of an Amazon Locker as a shipping address for your Amazon Pay purchases. Orders that are paid for using Amazon Pay cannot be delivered to an Amazon Locker.
