Which size Liberator is right for my lover and me?
Since our bodies come in different sizes, so does Liberator. Keep in mind that you can adjust the height and angle of the Ramp and Wedge by flipping them over.
Sizing guidelines:
WIDTH: For most people our 24" wide Liberator is just right. It's what most of you should order. For plus size lovers, our 30" wide Liberator offers a few more inches in width and extra support for your lovemaking. However, our 30" products are not ideal for straddling, so if you're ordering the Stage, for example, with plans to mostly straddle, you should definitely consider the 24" instead.
HEIGHT: The Ramp comes in 10, 12 and 14-inch heights to help you make a better connection with your lover. Total height is not nearly as important as your inseam, so grab a tape measure and note the distance from your groin to your heel. You might be basketball-player tall, but have a really long torso or vice versa.
If your inseam is 28-29 inches or under, consider the 10" Ramp.
If your inseam is less than 35 inches, consider the 12" Ramp.
If your inseam is over 36 inches, consider the 14" Ramp.

When should I order Liberator for Plus Size Lovers?
It's about the width, not the weight. While you might consider yourself a plus-sized lover, you may want to take out the measuring tape and make sure. Our Ramp and Wedge come in two widths, 24 and 30 inches, and if your bum fits on the 24-inch-even if it's a really close call-we think you're 24" material.

How do I care for my Fascinator Throe?

Our friendly customer service representative will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and confirm the shipping and credit details at that time. Once we receive your return and determine that it complies with our Returns Policy, we will promptly refund the cost of the merchandise plus any applicable taxes. We do not issue credit for shipping and handling charges unless you were sent an incorrect or defective product.
We will notify you via e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited to the credit card that you used to make your purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For a merchandise exchange, the returned items (once received) will be credited to your credit card less shipping and handling charges. Your replacement order will be charged to your credit card and processed in accordance with our current pricing policy.
Hey! I think I got charged twice! What's going on?
Ah, sounds like you used a debit card. Don't worry, this is what's happening: When you purchase with a debit card, an authorization is made from your bank for the transaction amount. (This is a check to make sure you do indeed have those funds in the account. Remember a debit card does not work like a credit card.) Next your bank places a hold on the funds in anticipation of receiving the actual withdrawal. But Liberator won't charge you until your order ships, so you will see an authorization, then several days later you'll see an actual charge. You are NOT being charged twice.
In the event that your order is cancelled, all you have to do is call your bank and request an immediate release of any holds on your account.
