I will say that what you get out of this DVD really depends on what you want. If you KNOW you want to erotic dance and picked this up to learn, you're going to be disappointed. However, if you are a bit curious about erotic dance and just want a slow introduction, this is perfect. I say that because only ten minutes of this DVD is how to do erotic dance. Seriously. Ten minutes. The first ten minutes of the DVD are the how-to of erotic dance (they go through each move once and continue with other moves as well as some interviews.) Straight from your "lesson", you watch 40 minutes of porn. Yep. Porn. The girls put their "dance" lessons to use in front of a guy, it turns them on, then they have sex. So if you were expecting a great DVD that teaches you how to dance erotically for your partner, not useful. However, if you wanted to learn how to dance erotically but then want some real-life application and some inspiration on how to do it yourself, this works. What you get from this really depends on what you want out of it. I wanted a good lesson on how to dance erotically, and I was really disappointed. But if you want some decent dance moves partnered with some hot porn to watch by yourself or with your partner as inspiration, this works. (The porn is soft-core by the way. No genital shots and very sensually done.)
